If force is used in the station jail, the procedures for handling and reporting uses of force as defined in the MPP and CDM, shall be adhered to. Additionally, when handling an arrestee/inmate who is uncooperative, combative, or has a history of making false allegations, sufficient station personnel and a sergeant shall be present during any movement.
