When acts of vandalism or sabotage occur or are attempted on domestic water supply, wells, distribution reservoirs, or treatment facilities, the incident shall be immediately reported by phone to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Bureau of Environmental Protection Director at (323) 881-4011.  Contact may be made through the County switchboard during non-business hours (213) 974-1234.
