3-07/120.20 - Reporting Equipment Trouble

If trouble is encountered while operating JDIC equipment, the operator shall contact JDIC Computer Operations and give the following information:

• Department name and phone number;
• Address and location of equipment;
• JDIC equipment mnemonic; and
• Nature of trouble.

The operator shall follow the instructions of the JDIC Computer Operations personnel in order to resolve the problem.
