Property that was levied upon by recording or filing a copy of the writ and notice of attachment or notice of levy shall be released by recording or filing a written notice of release in the same office. A levy is released on the records of the recorder’s office by the recording of an acknowledged release signed by the levying officer, the plaintiff/judgment creditor or the attorney for such party.
