Property shall be released to the person from whom it was taken. The levying officer may sell the property if not claimed within 30 days after service of the release notice. If the levy is made within 90 days before the making of a general assignment for the benefit of creditors or the filing of a bankruptcy petition, the lien is terminated and the property released.
