PURPOSE OF ORDER:
The purpose of this order is to establish procedures for inmate voting at Pitchess Detention Center (PDC) South Facility.
SCOPE OF ORDER:
This order applies to all personnel assigned to and working at PDC South Facility.
ORDER:
All inmates who are eligible to vote in California shall be allowed to vote in accordance with Custody Division Manual (CDM) section 5-13/140.00, “Inmate Voting.”
Voter registration information, forms, collection of ballots, and all other inmate voting coordination shall be handled by the Community Transition Unit (CTU) assigned to PDC South Facility.
