CANNABIS STATISTICAL AND CLEARANCE CODES

Due to the Adult Use of Marijuana Act (cannabis), the Department has restructured the cannabis statistical and clearance codes.  The cannabis statistical and clearance codes are separated by degree of offense and whether or not the offense is dispensary related.

The following statistical codes shall be used for cannabis related offenses:

Cannabis Statistical Codes

182 – Felony Cannabis or Concentrated Cannabis

188 – Misdemeanor Cannabis or Concentrated Cannabis

189 – Infraction Cannabis or Concentrated Cannabis

Clearance Codes

880 – Cannabis Dispensary Related

881 – Cannabis Related (Non-Dispensary Related)
