All court lockups have been supplied with suitable refrigerators for the storage of inmate lunches. Health Department Regulations mandate how food is to be handled. As soon as practical after arrival at court, all food shall be placed in the refrigerator. The temperature within the refrigerator shall be maintained between 32º and 40º Fahrenheit. A reliable thermometer shall be kept in the refrigerator. Lunches shall be maintained in a sanitary and healthful condition. The daily inspection of the refrigerator shall be documented in the Uniform Daily Activity (UDAL)/Title 15 Log.
