Found or recovered unidentifiable vehicle parts, if too large for storage at the Station or Unit, may require initial storing at a local Department approved garage/towing company. The Central Property Custodian shall be notified of this storage for transfer to the main storage yard. In no case shall these parts be stored at the local towing company more than 30 days.
