Complete a Notice to Appear citation, owner's responsibility format and send a copy to the responsible party.

Send the license plate, along with a copy of the citation, SH-R-49 and CHP 180 reports to Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Code 255 - Vehicle Laws, misdemeanor.
