• Suspect is an adult who has been identified; and
• There appears to be no further investigation needed.

Victim's parents to be referred to the area court Deputy for the signing of a complaint.

Cases which do not meet the above conditions shall be prepared on SH-R-231 with an URN and assigned to Station detectives as an active case.
