Lost property Incident Reports shall be taken from a debit card holder detailing the loss or misplacement of a debit card.  Advise the person to immediately notify the issuing agency by phone and in writing.

Debit cards cannot be entered into the Automated Property System (APS).

Prepare SH-CR-609 if no workable information.

Code 444 - Miscellaneous - Noncriminal Lost Property.

Taken in burglary, robbery, etc.
