When adults only are arrested, cases should be assigned to patrol only.  When juveniles only or adults and juveniles both are involved, assign to station/unit patrol and station/unit detectives.

Designate SRD copies to the chief and area commander of the concerned division.

When the chief administrative ffficer of any state university, college or junior college has declared a state of emergency and requested the assistance of the Department, a separate supplemental report shall be prepared.  This report shall contain the number of man-hours expended, by rank; the number of overtime or emergency hours expended, by rank; cost of equipment expended; and cost of replacement or of repair to county property destroyed or damaged.  Two copies of this report shall be sent to Fiscal Administration.
