4-06/025.00 CITIZEN CLAIMS AGAINST COUNTY			When a citizen contacts any Department member and requests information concerning the filing of a claim against the County for injury or property damage, they shall be advised that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department “Claim For Damages To Person Or Property” forms (SH-AD-672) are available at any Sheriff’s Station or that they may be accessed on the Sheriff’s Department public website on the internet. Members shall advise persons submitting a claim that completed forms must be mailed or delivered to the Executive Officer, Board of Supervisors at the address indicated on the bottom of the claim form.
