Notification concerning violations of immigration laws shall be made by the arresting Unit to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The case is to be assigned to the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau, International Liaison Section. A joint assignment shall to be made when another crime is involved.
