The investigator assigned to a case may request a verbal report from Scientific Services Bureau while the laboratory findings are in preparation. Such information from the laboratory will be communicated with an appropriate qualifying statement clearly indicating that the information is preliminary and the final results will be communicated in a signed written analytical laboratory report.
