A summons from the County Grand Jury or a Federal Grand Jury or a verbal request regarding either the County Grand Jury or Federal Grand Jury appearance investigations shall be reported to the Sheriff's Executive Assistant and followed by a memorandum to the Sheriff, through channels. No employee shall tape record testimony given before a Federal or County Grand Jury.
