All cases wherein the prisoner is charged with a capital offense or where great notoriety is involved, the prisoner shall be in the physical control and custody of no less than two Deputies during the execution of the removal order. Extreme care and precaution will be exercised when handling prisoners that are known to be extremely dangerous and/or high escape risks. Prisoners classified as such shall be transported separately.
