In those instances where a prisoner is in custody on a warrant or warrant abstract requiring his presence in another jurisdiction (e.g., arrest in Newhall on authority of an El Monte Municipal Court warrant), the concerned agency shall, upon notification, respond for a pickup of their warrant arrestee at the arresting agency.
