3-07/030.00 - Acquisition and Use of Radio Transmitters

Descriptions of persons named in radio broadcasts shall be given in the following sequence:

  • Name (last, first, middle, and suffix);
  • Alias (AKA);
  • Date of birth (DOB);
  • Sex;
  • Race;
  • Age;
  • Height;
  • Weight;
  • Hair;
  • Eyes;
  • Identifying physical imperfections, marks, etc.; and
  • Description of clothing (from head downward).
